At Real yoga, our motto is simple — Keep it real.

Meggie has a palpable passion for yoga since discovering the practice at a young age. Her first 200hr RYT was completed in 2015 at the Center for Yoga in Ann Arbor and has attended and led multiple other teacher trainings in the area. She is well-versed in many styles of yoga including hot vinyasa, ashtanga, athletic yoga, slow flow, restorative, and yin yoga. Her experience also includes private 1-1 yoga, yoga with massage, kids yoga, hip-hop yoga, and specialty workshops. Vibrational healing with music and hands on adjustments are a big part of Meggie’s classes. You will leave class with a smile and an open heart.

Kristen is a Certified Professional Coach and 500hr RYT who has taught yoga in both studio and medical settings for over a decade. In her slower-paced, beginner friendly classes she loves creating a welcoming atmosphere for students to connect to themselves and their bodies with more consciousness and compassion. As you practice you will be invited to reflect on the universal truths and timeless teachings of yoga philosophy, and how you can apply them in your daily life for increased peace and happiness - no matter what comes your way.
